Quick Soul food Dinner
1 Package boneless chicken breast cut in
strips
Olive oil
1 package Sylvia’s Fried Chicken Coating (or
substitute)
1 can Glory black eyed peas and rice
1 can Glory seasoned collard greens
In a frying pan, heat olive oil until hot. Roll chicken in coating mix and sauté in olive oil
until golden brown. Heat black eyed peas and rice and collard greens in separate pots. Serve
when hot.
You can also cook your own rice and use any brand of canned black eyed peas seasoned to tatse. However you do it, the meal only takes about thirty minutes or less and has that authentic soul food taste.
