    1 quart edamame beans
    1 clove garlic
    1 lime, zest reserved
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tsp rice wine vinegar
    1 tsp sriracha sauce
    1 tbsp pure sesame oil
    1 cup extra virgin olive oil

    Salt and pepper



    Instructions

    1. Cook beans for 10 minutes
    2. Strain in to a bowl to reserve juice
    3. Process all but oils in blender
    4. Drizzle oil
    5. Chill and adjust to taste

    Serve with Sesame Flatbread
